At Le Bon Shoppe, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, socks and hosiery must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
